Job description
Responsibilities
- Source and onboard new advertisers; manage full sales cycle from lead generation to close
- Build and maintain a healthy pipeline; forecast and meet sales targets
- Analyze affiliate marketing trends and competitor landscape
- Work daily with Excel, HubSpot, SimilarWeb, and LinkedIn for prospecting and reporting
- Prepare reports and deliver client-facing presentations
- Collaborate with global teams and agencies to drive partnerships in the region
Requirements
- Fluent English with excellent written and verbal communication
- 5+ years of B2B sales experience, including cold outreach
- Strong negotiation and presentation skills; comfortable under time pressure
- Experience working with international clients/agencies
- Proven success in penetrating new markets and acquiring customers
- Good knowledge of basic marketing channels and tools
- Hands-on prospecting experience in LinkedIn
Preferred Qualifications
- Background in affiliate/performance marketing
- Proficiency with HubSpot CRM and advanced Excel
- Familiarity with SimilarWeb for market research
- Knowledge of the UAE/Dubai market
