Job description

Responsibilities

  • Source and onboard new advertisers; manage full sales cycle from lead generation to close
  • Build and maintain a healthy pipeline; forecast and meet sales targets
  • Analyze affiliate marketing trends and competitor landscape
  • Work daily with Excel, HubSpot, SimilarWeb, and LinkedIn for prospecting and reporting
  • Prepare reports and deliver client-facing presentations
  • Collaborate with global teams and agencies to drive partnerships in the region

Requirements

  • Fluent English with excellent written and verbal communication
  • 5+ years of B2B sales experience, including cold outreach
  • Strong negotiation and presentation skills; comfortable under time pressure
  • Experience working with international clients/agencies
  • Proven success in penetrating new markets and acquiring customers
  • Good knowledge of basic marketing channels and tools
  • Hands-on prospecting experience in LinkedIn

Preferred Qualifications

  • Background in affiliate/performance marketing
  • Proficiency with HubSpot CRM and advanced Excel
  • Familiarity with SimilarWeb for market research
  • Knowledge of the UAE/Dubai market
