Responsibilities
- Deliver precise, scalable revenue operations for direct, indirect, or online channels
- Lead and develop a team of revenue operations analysts
- Drive Sales Engagement, Training, CRM, CPQ, Analytics, and Commissions
- Instrument, measure, and improve policies and processes across the revenue operations spectrum
- Deliver metrics and reporting on pipeline, velocity, sales productivity, and renewals
- Use data to manage territories, channels, and implement actionable change with executive management
- Oversee sales technology and drive automation and process improvements
- Lead the introduction of new products, pricing, packaging, and bundling
- Drive data quality through order processing, training, and documentation
- Own the commission plan, including goal setting and evaluation
Requirements
- Experience in a leadership Revenue Operations role
- Proven track record with CRM and Revenue Operations technology platforms
- Data-driven and analytical approach with high attention to detail
- Strong organizational and stakeholder management skills
- Exceptional academic track record from high school and university
- Undergraduate degree in STEM or Economics preferred
- Professional written and spoken English with excellent presentation skills
- Ability to travel internationally up to four times a year

- Experience in a technology subscription-based business
- Experience working in a global, multicultural organization
- Experience managing remote teams across multiple time zones
- Experience mentoring and coaching team members
