Job description

Responsibilities

  • Sales prospecting and qualified lead generation across the MENA region
  • Expand customer base through targeted cold outreach (LinkedIn, email, calls, network)
  • Conduct industry research to identify targets and growth opportunities
  • Develop deep product knowledge to present norbloc solutions accurately
  • Manage client relationships, handle incoming requests and nurture prospects to close
  • Maintain and update HubSpot CRM to track sales activity and pipeline
  • Support the Sales Team internally and contribute to a collaborative, high-performing environment
  • Meet and report on sales targets and KPIs

Requirements

  • 4+ years experience
  • B2B software sales
  • KYC/AML knowledge
  • HubSpot CRM
  • University degree
  • English fluency
  • Arabic preferred
  • Strong teamwork
  • Self-motivated

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience selling to financial institutions and government entities in MENA
  • Existing network across banks, fintechs or regulators in the region
  • Familiarity with RegTech and onboarding/KYC processes
  • Understanding of blockchain-based data sharing platforms
  • Consultative selling and pipeline management experience
