Job description

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the internal Salesforce product owner, maintaining accounts, kiosk locations, and pipeline data hygiene
  • Build and maintain executive-ready dashboards and reports for real-time visibility into pipeline and partner performance
  • Own the weekly pipeline forecast process used by Sales, Compliance, and Kiosk Operations
  • Manage the end-to-end administrative lifecycle of partner onboarding, including contract intake and insurance tracking
  • Coordinate timing for surveys, installs, and permitting to prevent deployment delays
  • Identify and automate manual data workflows to improve operational efficiency

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in sales operations, revenue operations, or a related field
  • Hands-on Salesforce expertise including administration, reporting, and dashboards
  • Experience working in companies with a physical footprint (retail, kiosk, or franchise)
  • Proven ability to improve scalable processes and identify root causes
  • Strong cross-functional influence and communication skills
  • Exceptional attention to detail regarding data integrity
