Responsibilities
- Develop and execute national sales strategy to achieve revenue targets for Core Surgical business across UAE
- Drive sales forecasting, budgeting, and pipeline management with advanced Excel proficiency
- Analyze market trends, competitive landscape, and pricing strategies to inform business decisions
- Manage strategic hospital accounts and cultivate relationships with high-value stakeholders
- Lead product launches and market access initiatives within the UAE healthcare system
- Deliver executive-level sales reports and business insights using PowerPoint
Requirements
- 10+ years of MedTech sales experience with Surgical/OR products background
- 5+ years of people management experience with at least 5 direct reports
- Deep knowledge of UAE healthcare system, reimbursement models, and tender processes
- Advanced proficiency in Excel for forecasting and data analysis
- Strong PowerPoint skills for executive presentations
- Proven negotiation, strategic thinking, and leadership capabilities
- Track record of consistently exceeding sales targets
