Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute national sales strategy to achieve revenue targets for Core Surgical business across UAE
  • Drive sales forecasting, budgeting, and pipeline management with advanced Excel proficiency
  • Analyze market trends, competitive landscape, and pricing strategies to inform business decisions
  • Manage strategic hospital accounts and cultivate relationships with high-value stakeholders
  • Lead product launches and market access initiatives within the UAE healthcare system
  • Deliver executive-level sales reports and business insights using PowerPoint

Requirements

  • 10+ years of MedTech sales experience with Surgical/OR products background
  • 5+ years of people management experience with at least 5 direct reports
  • Deep knowledge of UAE healthcare system, reimbursement models, and tender processes
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel for forecasting and data analysis
  • Strong PowerPoint skills for executive presentations
  • Proven negotiation, strategic thinking, and leadership capabilities
  • Track record of consistently exceeding sales targets
