Responsibilities
- Develop and execute national sales strategy to achieve revenue targets for Core Surgical business across UAE
- Drive sales forecasting, budgeting, and pipeline management with data-driven insights
- Manage strategic hospital accounts and cultivate relationships with high-value stakeholders
- Lead product launches and market access initiatives in a competitive MedTech environment
- Deliver executive-level sales reports and business insights using advanced Excel and PowerPoint
- Analyze market trends, competitive landscape, and pricing strategies to inform decision-making
Requirements
- 10+ years of MedTech sales experience with specific background in Surgical/OR products
- 5+ years of people management experience with at least 5 direct reports
- Deep expertise in UAE healthcare system, reimbursement models, and tender processes
- Advanced proficiency in Excel for forecasting and data analysis
- Strong executive presentation skills using PowerPoint
- Proven track record of exceeding sales targets in competitive markets
