Responsibilities

• Own day to day Salesforce administration, governance, and platform stability
• Improve data quality, reporting accuracy, and user experience across departments
• Design and implement scalable automation using Flow and declarative solutions
• Manage integrations and connected applications across the technology landscape
• Develop platform documentation and strengthen user enablement and adoption
• Contribute to roadmap planning, release management, and platform optimisation
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business needs into system solutions

Requirements

• At least 5 years of hands on Salesforce Administration experience
• Strong experience with Flow automation and declarative solution design
• Understanding of Salesforce security models, data governance, and reporting frameworks
• Experience gathering requirements and translating them into system solutions
• Strong problem solving skills and attention to detail
• Effective communication with technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Ability to manage multiple priorities

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Salesforce integrations, APIs, or middleware platforms
• Familiarity with Certinia or customer portals
• Knowledge of Apex, Visualforce, or Lightning Web Components
• Experience with analytics tools such as Salesforce Einstein Analytics
• Experience mentoring junior administrators or governance initiatives
