Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Lead 1–2 agile teams delivering GenAI, data platform, and enterprise-grade solutions
  • Facilitate agile ceremonies: sprint planning, daily standups, reviews, retrospectives, backlog grooming
  • Ensure delivery momentum and predictability by removing blockers and tracking velocity
  • Partner with Product Owners to maintain well-prioritized, delivery-aligned backlogs
  • Coordinate with other Scrum Masters and Delivery Leads in scaled agile or multi-squad programs
  • Coach teams in agile values, technical collaboration, and delivery discipline
  • Maintain delivery transparency via Jira boards, sprint reports, RAID logs, and burn-downs
  • Align sprint outcomes to roadmap milestones, release goals, and client KPIs
  • Manage team capacity, interdependencies, and risks with proactive communication
  • Promote psychological safety and high performance within distributed teams

Requirements

  • 7+ years as a Scrum Master, Delivery Manager, or Agile Coach
  • Hands-on delivery experience in cross-functional, distributed agile teams
  • Strong knowledge of Scrum, Kanban, and hybrid agile delivery models
  • Comfortable leading delivery within enterprise environments and C-level visibility
  • Strong facilitation, coaching, and stakeholder management skills
  • Familiarity with delivery tools: Jira, Confluence, Miro, and agile metrics dashboards
  • Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or PSM II required
  • Emotional intelligence, risk negotiation, and delivery mindset essential

Preferred Qualifications

  • SAFe Agilist or PMI-ACP certifications
  • Experience in GenAI, data platform delivery, or cloud modernization programs
