Senior Scrum Master

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage multiple concurrent Data, AI, and Mobile Internet Banking projects across the full lifecycle within the UAE (Abu Dhabi / Dubai).
• Establish and adapt project management methodologies combining Agile (Scrum) with traditional planning to suit complex AI delivery.
• Facilitate all Scrum ceremonies (planning, stand-ups, retrospectives) and maintain project documentation and KPIs for executive reporting.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams including Data Scientists, ML Engineers, MLOps and business stakeholders to ensure timely delivery.
• Identify and mitigate AI-specific risks (data quality, model performance, ethical/regulatory issues) and implement governance controls.
• Manage project financials, budgets in excess of $1M, resource allocation and vendor/stakeholder expectations.
• Serve as the primary communication bridge between technical teams and senior business stakeholders, clarifying AI capabilities and limitations.
