Senior SDET

Responsibilities

• Perform automated and API testing for complex applications and scenarios
• Develop and maintain end-to-end test frameworks from scratch
• Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions, Jenkins, or Azure DevOps
• Document plans for anticipated risks and blockers to increase team velocity
• Serve as a technical SME during sprints to ensure successful delivery
• Mentor peers and junior team members through code reviews and collaboration
• Present testing plans, metrics, and insights during sprint reviews

Requirements

• 5-8+ years of professional experience in software testing and automation
• Deep expertise in Selenium or Playwright
• Proficiency in C# with .NET or Java
• Strong experience with CI/CD integration and environment management
• Experience with AI-assisted development tools like Claude Code, Cursor, or CoPilot
• Proven ability to lead automated testing for web and mobile applications
• Experience presenting technical value to client stakeholders

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or Software Engineering
• Experience in agentic development and context engineering
