Senior Security Advisor - IAM

Responsibilities

• Lead structured IAM assessment engagements for small and medium-sized businesses
• Facilitate discovery sessions across IGA, AM, PAM, and Identity Verification domains
• Develop executive-ready deliverables addressing people, process, and technology
• Serve as a trusted advisor during the presales process to align IAM services with client needs
• Support clients through vendor selection and IAM program improvement paths
• Collaborate with internal teams to refine assessment methodology and service offerings
• Contribute to thought leadership through reusable frameworks and templates
• Utilize emerging technologies, including AI tools, to drive business outcomes

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in IAM strategy, governance, and advisory services
• Experience with IGA, AM, PAM, and IdV
• Proven ability to conduct IAM maturity assessments and develop strategic roadmaps
• 4-5 years of experience in presales, scoping projects, and developing statements of work
• Deep understanding of NIST, ISO, and OWASP frameworks
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills for executive-level presentation
• Ability to manage multiple client engagements simultaneously
• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, MIS, or related field

Preferred Qualifications

• Relevant industry certifications such as CISSP, CISM, or CISA
• Familiarity with compliance frameworks like SOX, HIPAA, or GDPR
• Knowledge of common IAM vendor landscapes
