Senior Security Engineer - IAM (Broadcom IGA)

Responsibilities

• Act as the Subject Matter Expert (SME) for CA Identity Suite (IDM), SiteMinder SSO, and Risk Authentication.
• Design, deploy, configure, and maintain IAM infrastructure and authentication systems.
• Implement and manage SSO integrations, MFA, federation (SAML/OAuth/OIDC), and adaptive authentication policies.
• Troubleshoot IAM components including policy servers, web agents, federation services, and connectors.
• Manage user lifecycle processes including provisioning, de-provisioning, and RBAC.
• Provide L2/L3 operational support, including incident management, root cause analysis, and SLA adherence.
• Collaborate with application, infrastructure, and security teams for seamless IAM integration.
• Support security audits, compliance requirements, and access governance activities.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum 7 years of experience in IAM or cybersecurity engineering roles.
• Strong hands-on expertise with CA Identity Suite (IDM), CA SiteMinder (SSO), and CA Risk Authentication.
• Solid understanding of IAM concepts: SSO, MFA, Federation (SAML, OAuth, OIDC), and RBAC.
• Hands-on experience with Linux administration (RHEL/CentOS).
• Strong knowledge of Directory Services (LDAP / Active Directory integration).
• Experience in production support environments with exposure to ITIL processes.

Preferred Qualifications

• Relevant certifications in IAM or cybersecurity.
• Experience with Symantec Endpoint Security, Symantec DLP, or Tripwire FIM.
