Senior SEO Specialist

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute end-to-end SEO strategies to achieve top search rankings
• Conduct competitor analysis to identify strategic gaps and opportunities
• Lead technical SEO audits covering crawl architecture, indexability, and Core Web Vitals
• Define site improvement requirements for engineering teams and manage the backlog
• Architect site structures and internal linking frameworks
• Develop content strategies using keyword research, topical clustering, and intent mapping
• Oversee link-building strategies and anchor text planning
• Apply GEO/AEO methodologies to optimize content for AI-generated answer surfaces like ChatGPT and Gemini
• Leverage AI tools to enhance SEO workflows and performance analysis
• Monitor performance using GSC, GA4, and third-party tools

Requirements

• 4+ years of hands-on SEO experience with a track record of organic growth
• Deep knowledge of technical SEO, on-page optimization, and content strategy
• Strong analytical skills with experience working with large datasets
• Proficiency in Ahrefs, Semrush, Screaming Frog, GA4, GSC, and HubSpot
• Working knowledge of HTML
• English B1+ and Russian B2+ fluency
• Experience working cross-functionally with content, development, and product teams
