Senior Shopper Marketing Specialist

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the shopper marketing team to support execution across Mass, Grocery, and Emerging Channels
• Execute omnichannel shopper activations including digital coupons, rewards programs, and retailer marketing
• Coordinate asset trafficking, releases, and retailer submissions
• Manage multiple projects, timelines, and workflows for omni shopper marketing campaigns
• Partner with brokers, distributors, vendors, and agencies to ensure execution quality
• Align shopper programming with Sales and key customer growth priorities
• Maintain marketing calendars, trackers, recaps, and key documentation
• Assist with invoicing, budget tracking, and expense reconciliation
• Track and verify program performance and deliver actionable reporting
• Build program execution summaries, dashboards, and presentations

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in shopper marketing or retail marketing execution
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail
• Ability to work autonomously and take initiative
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook)
• Experience with Slack and Microsoft Teams preferred
