Senior Site Reliability Engineer

Responsibilities

• Design and maintain infrastructure-as-code patterns using Terraform and Kubernetes for scalable, secure deployments
• Build and maintain monitoring, logging, and alerting systems; lead incident response and post-mortems
• Embed security and compliance across 100+ jurisdictions in collaboration with the Security team
• Optimize system performance, resource utilization, and cloud costs
• Eliminate operational toil through automation and self-service tooling
• Partner with platform teams to ensure APIs, MCP, and CLI resilience and observability

Requirements

• Senior-level experience in SRE, DevOps, or SysOps with production systems at scale
• Deep, hands-on experience running Kubernetes in production and solid AWS fundamentals
• Proficiency with Terraform or similar infrastructure-as-code tools
• Real experience operating GitLab, GitHub Actions, Jenkins, or similar CI/CD systems
• Strong bash scripting and Linux systems debugging skills
• Ability to explain complex infrastructure decisions clearly to technical and non-technical stakeholders

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with one or more backend languages such as Elixir, Python, Go, Java, or Node.js
• Background in consultancy settings
• Container registry and artifact management experience (ECR, Docker Hub, etc.)
• Deep observability stack experience (Datadog, Prometheus, ELK, Grafana, or similar)
• Experience scaling multi-tenant platforms
