Senior Social Media Manager

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute social media strategy across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, LinkedIn, Threads, and YouTube
• Own the social content calendar and oversee development from concept through publishing
• Create and refine workflows for high-quality, platform-native execution
• Analyze channel performance and audience behavior to optimize content strategy
• Lead test-and-learn experiments across platforms and storytelling approaches
• Develop engagement strategies to deepen relationships with patients and prospective customers
• Partner with influencer, creative, growth, and clinical teams to integrate social insights

Requirements

• 7+ years of social media experience at a consumer brand, agency, or high-growth organization
• Proven track record of building and scaling social presence across multiple platforms
• Portfolio showcasing social-first creative thinking and measurable results
• Strong understanding of social strategy, content creation, community building, and analytics
• Excellent writing, storytelling, and creative instincts
• Ability to balance big-picture strategy with hands-on execution
• Strong analytical mindset with experience using data to inform creative decisions

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in healthcare, women’s health, or wellness
• Experience with creator, influencer, or ambassador programs
• Experience working in a startup or high-growth company environment
