Senior Software Engineer

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and deliver scalable, user-facing applications in a modern cloud environment
• Own features end-to-end from requirements and design through development, testing, and deployment
• Develop and integrate RESTful APIs and data-driven services across distributed systems
• Contribute to front-end development using Angular and backend services in Node.js / NestJS
• Debug and resolve issues across the stack to ensure performance and reliability
• Mentor fellow developers and provide technical guidance and coaching
• Serve as the Technical Anchor to drive technical delivery and maintain standards

Requirements

• 8+ years of professional software development experience
• 4+ years of experience with JavaScript / TypeScript
• Experience with Node.js and/or NestJS
• Experience with Angular (2+)
• Experience with relational databases (PostgreSQL) and non-relational databases (MongoDB)
• Proficiency in Agile environments
• U.S. Citizenship and ability to obtain a DoW Secret clearance
• Bachelor's Degree

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Java and Spring framework
• Experience with Playwright, Jest, or Jasmine
• Experience with Docker and containerization
• Experience with AWS cloud environments
• Experience completing Security Technical Implementation Guides (STIGs)
