Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Design, build, and maintain AI-powered full-stack features and internal tools for Property Finder's marketplace.
  • Develop and operate scalable backend services and APIs for AI/ML workloads using Python, Golang, or Node.js.
  • Productionize ML and GenAI solutions including RAG pipelines, recommendation and ranking services, classification, scoring, and enrichment pipelines.
  • Implement and evolve AI/ML platform components: feature and embeddings stores, vector/semantic search infrastructure, evaluation dashboards, prompt/version management, and feedback loops.
  • Own services end-to-end: design, implementation, monitoring, observability, on-call and incident response to ensure high availability and reliability.
  • Collaborate with Product, Data Science, Data Engineering, Design, and DevOps/SRE to translate business problems into robust technical solutions.
  • Apply cloud-native and DevOps best practices using AWS, containerization (ECS/EKS), CI/CD, and infrastructure-as-code.
  • Implement security, data protection, and responsible AI guardrails for safe and compliant model and data usage.
  • Participate in code reviews, drive engineering best practices, and mentor other engineers to raise team capability.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience deploying transformer models or fine-tuning large models in production
  • Hands-on with vector search technologies (Pinecone, Weaviate, Milvus, OpenSearch, etc.)
  • Familiarity with feature stores and embeddings management
  • Experience with GitHub Actions, Jenkins, Terraform or similar IaC tools
  • Prior work in consumer-facing marketplaces or high-scale data platforms
