Senior Software Engineer - Backend

Responsibilities

• Develop and evolve high-scale distributed systems
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams including engineering, product, data, and legal experts
• Work with APIs, messaging, and high-volume systems
• Integrate LLMs and AI agents into applications

Requirements

• Solid experience with backend development (Python, Go, or similar)
• Familiarity with REST APIs and asynchronous communication (queues, events)
• Experience with relational databases (PostgreSQL or similar)
• Ability to work with distributed systems and high-scale environments
• Strong technical communication and collaborative skills
• Integration of AI into the development workflow (automation, code generation, agents)

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with high-volume systems or messaging (Kafka, RabbitMQ, etc.)
• Experience with observability, monitoring, and reliability (SRE mindset)
• Experience with LLMs or integrating AI models into products
• Familiarity with cloud infrastructure (GCP or AWS)
• Experience in modernizing or migrating legacy systems
