Senior Software Engineer

Responsibilities

• Design and build scalable, well-documented APIs and SDKs for the Publish platform
• Build backend infrastructure and APIs to power AI-driven content creation and agentic workflows
• Act as a technical bridge between the platform and enterprise customers to translate requirements into solutions
• Navigate the complexity of a visual CMS to ensure reliable rendering across diverse tech stacks
• Shape technical direction through code reviews, design docs, and architectural decisions
• Drive stable launches by anticipating edge cases and scoping projects effectively

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in full-stack web development
• Deep expertise in React, TypeScript, and Node.js
• Strong experience designing and building scalable REST or GraphQL APIs
• Experience architecting scalable systems on AWS or Google Cloud
• Strong product intuition and a customer-first mindset
• High agency and ability to navigate ambiguity

Preferred Qualifications

• Curiosity and interest in AI and agentic systems
• Experience with component-driven systems and visual editors
