Senior Software Engineer

Responsibilities

• Own high-stakes work as the Directly Responsible Individual (DRI) from design to iteration
• Design for flexibility and deliver value incrementally
• Make technical trade-offs regarding speed versus durability
• Operate and maintain reliability, observability, and incident response for your domain
• Leverage AI tools to accelerate development and raise organizational standards
• Mentor engineers through pairing, reviews, and technical leadership
• Drive measurable outcomes tied to member metrics, reliability, or revenue

Requirements

• 5+ years of software engineering experience with a track record of leading initiatives
• Demonstrated ability to lead and deliver in ambiguous environments
• Proficiency with AI-assisted development tools (e.g., Claude, Codex)
• Strong fundamentals in C#/.NET, TypeScript, React, SQL, distributed systems, and cloud infrastructure (Azure or AWS)
• Ability to influence cross-functional teams without formal authority

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in healthcare or other highly regulated industries
