Responsibilities

• Design, build, and ship features end-to-end from problem definition through production
• Use AI as a core part of the workflow for writing specs, generating code, and evaluating outputs
• Contribute across the full stack using Node, TypeScript, and React in a cloud-native environment
• Own production systems including observability, reliability, deployments, and on-call responsibilities
• Collaborate with engineers through code reviews, pairing, and shared problem solving
• Influence technical direction and help evolve engineering practices around AI-native development

Requirements

• 5–8+ years of professional software engineering experience
• Strong experience with TypeScript, Node, and React
• Solid system design and debugging skills across distributed systems
• Experience owning services end-to-end, including deployment and monitoring
• Familiarity with cloud environments like AWS or GCP
• Strong testing discipline and understanding of test design
• Experience using AI tools to improve development workflows
• Proven track record of mentoring or elevating other engineers

Benefits

• Salary range of $140,000 - $210,000
