Senior Software Engineer, Frontend

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and scale performant, accessible, and maintainable frontend systems using React and TypeScript
• Own key UI architecture decisions, including state management, component design, and application structure
• Lead the development and evolution of reusable component libraries and design systems
• Optimize application performance, load times, and responsiveness
• Establish best practices around testing, observability, and frontend reliability
• Partner with product managers, designers, and backend engineers to deliver seamless, end-to-end features

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent practical experience
• Senior level expertise in React and modern JavaScript/TypeScript ecosystems
• Proven experience building and scaling complex, production-grade web applications (SPAs)
• Deep understanding of frontend architecture, state management, and performance optimization
• Experience integrating with APIs and distributed backend systems
• Familiarity with modern frontend tooling, testing frameworks, and CI/CD workflows
• Experience collaborating with design teams using Figma

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience mentoring engineers and driving technical decisions
• Experience building or maintaining design systems or component libraries
• Familiarity with data-heavy or real-time UIs such as dashboards
• Experience working with event-driven architectures like Kafka
• Background in logistics or transportation systems
