Senior Software Engineer, Frontend

Responsibilities

• Lead the design and implementation of the frontend using React and TypeScript
• Establish and maintain scalable component libraries, design systems, and development standards
• Partner with product and design leaders to translate complex functionality into elegant user interfaces
• Drive frontend performance optimization, accessibility, and reliability
• Collaborate with backend teams to define robust APIs and data flows
• Lead technical reviews, mentorship, and cross-functional engineering initiatives
• Contribute to long-term product strategy and technical roadmap decisions

Requirements

• Deep frontend expertise using React, TypeScript, Tailwind, and HTML/CSS
• Proven ability to design and implement complex, performant UI architectures
• Strong understanding of design systems, state management, and scalable component frameworks
• Demonstrated aesthetic and product taste for building intuitive user interfaces
• Experience mentoring engineers and leading code reviews
• Ability to operate in an ambiguous, fast-paced startup environment

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in cybersecurity
• Experience with AI/ML-driven interfaces
• Experience with real-time data visualization
