Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Lead design and implementation of large-scale user-facing features on Aspire’s web platform from our Dubai hub (hybrid).
  • Collaborate with product managers, designers, and engineers to define requirements and deliver high-impact solutions.
  • Influence technical strategy, architecture, and best practices across the codebase.
  • Mentor engineers, conduct technical reviews, and drive improvements to engineering processes and reliability.
  • Build and maintain APIs, backend services, and front-end components to improve user engagement and satisfaction.
