Senior Software Engineer

Responsibilities

• Analyze and refactor existing PHP and Go services to reduce technical debt and improve scalability
• Design and implement structured refactors using AI tools to accelerate system redesign
• Build context pipelines and internal workflows to enable AI-driven engineering practices
• Design high-level APIs and services using Symfony and Go while maintaining SOLID principles
• Mentor the engineering team on AI-assisted coding practices and establish quality guardrails
• Improve system observability, operational stability, and security alignment with ISO 27001

Requirements

• 5+ years of strong backend engineering experience
• 1+ years of experience with AI agent-assisted software development
• Deep hands-on expertise in PHP (Symfony) and/or Go
• Strong experience in API design (REST, with gRPC exposure preferred)
• Proficiency with MySQL or PostgreSQL, Redis, RabbitMQ, and Elasticsearch
• Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD pipelines
• Hands-on experience with GCP or AWS deployment
• Practical experience using LLM tools within engineering workflows

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
• Experience building developer tooling such as CLI tools or IDE extensions
• Experience with AST parsing, static analysis tools, or automated test generation
• Exposure to orchestration frameworks like LangChain or LangGraph
