Senior Software Engineer

Responsibilities

• Take end to end ownership of features from design through deployment and post-release stability
• Deliver across the full stack including Angular frontend, .NET/C#/Python backend, and PostgreSQL/SQL Server data layers
• Write clean, testable, well-structured code and participate in meaningful code reviews
• Design maintainable and reusable solutions that fit into the broader system architecture
• Identify technical risks and delivery blockers early with proposed solutions
• Collaborate with Quality Engineering, Platform, Architecture, and Infrastructure teams
• Mentor less experienced engineers through design discussions and knowledge sharing
• Participate in agile ceremonies and sprint planning

Requirements

• 8+ years of professional software engineering experience
• Demonstrated full stack delivery across frontend, backend, and data layers
• Proven track record of owning features end to end with accountability for outcomes
• Strong software design fundamentals including API design and data modeling
• Ability to work independently in environments with ambiguous requirements
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Must be a US Citizen

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in regulated industries (GRC, FedRAMP, or NIST familiarity)
• Background in enterprise SaaS companies navigating scaling challenges
• Familiarity with cloud native development in Azure, AWS, or GCP
• Experience with observability and performance profiling
• Exposure to AI and ML integration in product engineering
