Senior Software Engineer

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain features using TypeScript and React
• Modify database objects using SQL including stored procedures, views, and tables
• Lead architectural discussions and contribute to system design decisions
• Write and maintain automated unit, integration, and UI tests
• Refactor and optimize systems for efficiency and performance
• Mentor engineers through coaching and knowledge sharing
• Leverage AI-assisted development tools to increase productivity
• Partner with product and business stakeholders to deliver impactful solutions

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field
• 5+ years of backend development experience with TypeScript or equivalent
• 5+ years of frontend development experience with React
• Experience building scalable cloud applications, microservices, GraphQL, and REST APIs
• Proficiency with AWS core services including EC2, S3, and Lambda
• Strong knowledge of algorithms, design patterns, and system design
• Experience with Agile/Lean methodologies and CI/CD practices
• Experience with automated testing and test-driven development
