Responsibilities

• Design and enhance backend infrastructure focusing on scalability, performance, and reliability
• Manage concurrency and parallelism in Go using goroutines, channels, and synchronization primitives
• Develop robust networking and streaming capabilities using WebSockets and WebRTC
• Lead performance optimization initiatives by profiling Go code and managing memory/garbage collection
• Build fault-tolerant systems with strong recovery mechanisms and failover strategies
• Implement comprehensive logging and tracing using tools like OpenTelemetry and Jaeger
• Apply Test-Driven Development (TDD) and engage in Pair Programming
• Participate in code reviews to uphold high code quality

Requirements

• At least 5 years of professional experience with Go
• Track record of developing scalable and extensible systems
• Proficiency in Python
• Familiarity with infrastructure containerization and DevOps (GCP or AWS)
• Extensive experience creating robust APIs and implementing CI/CD pipelines
• Strong foundation in software engineering principles including TDD and pair programming

Preferred Qualifications

• Exposure to real-time infrastructure or latency-critical systems
• Background in AI, specifically Large Language Models, Speech to Text, or Voice Synthesis
• Knowledge of distributed computing and cloud infrastructure at scale
