Senior Software Engineer

The company serves hundreds of millions of travelers worldwide, powering AI-driven travel and fintech solutions for major airline, hospitality, and financial services brands.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and improve backend and/or full-stack systems powering the AI assistant platform and customer self-serve flows
• Develop scalable APIs, microservices, and orchestration logic for AI, chat, voice, and web
• Partner with product, design, AI, and operations teams to streamline customer experiences
• Integrate with external systems such as telephony, CRM, identity, or booking platforms
• Own features end-to-end from technical design through implementation, testing, and deployment
• Contribute to architectural decisions, code reviews, and reliability improvements
• Analyze system performance to identify opportunities for automation and optimization

Requirements

• 3+ years of software engineering experience
• Experience building large-scale distributed systems or customer-facing applications
• Strong background in modern frontend and backend development, APIs, and cloud infrastructure
• Experience with RESTful APIs, microservices, or event-driven systems
• Proficiency with databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL, NoSQL) and cloud platforms (AWS, GCP)
• Hands-on experience with AI coding tools
• Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with conversational AI, LLM orchestration, or automation systems
• Experience building AI-first products
• Experience with customer service, CRM, telephony, or contact center tools
• Familiarity with Scala, Python, React, or TypeScript
• Experience integrating with telephony APIs, identity providers, or payment gateways
• Knowledge of travel industry technologies like PSS/GDS or hotel PMS/CRS
