Responsibilities

• Design and ship production-grade features across the full stack, including backend services, cloud infrastructure, and React interfaces
• Build and evolve AI-powered agentic workflows to automate complex billing decisions at scale
• Architect resilient integrations with dental insurance carriers and practice management systems
• Work directly with dental billers and practice operators to translate ground-level problems into software decisions
• Maintain high standards for code quality, reliability, and operational health through code reviews and documentation
• Drive ambiguous, undefined problems to resolution independently

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience shipping production software in high-reliability environments
• Hands-on experience with LLM APIs (OpenAI, Anthropic, or Google Vertex AI) including prompt architecture and structured outputs
• Strong command of TypeScript and JavaScript
• Deep experience with relational database schema design and query optimization
• Experience with cloud infrastructure in AWS or GCP
• Proven ability to own and maintain complex systems under pressure

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with agent frameworks like Mastra, LangChain, LlamaIndex, or CrewAI
• Working knowledge of HIPAA compliance and healthcare software standards
• Experience in a Series A or early-stage startup environment
