Responsibilities

• Participate in AI-moderated interviews and written tasks
• Complete qualitative surveys and feedback activities
• Share professional insights regarding workflow management practices, tool selection, and organizational needs
• Complete a paid screener to assess suitability for specific research tasks

Requirements

• Manager-level experience or higher in software engineering, product management, or product design
• Experience evaluating, selecting, implementing, or managing workflow management tools
• Familiarity with software or product development workflows
• Involvement in purchasing decisions, tool selection, or strategic budgeting
• Direct experience with tools such as Jira, Linear, Azure DevOps, GitHub Projects, GitLab, Shortcut, Asana, ClickUp, or Monday.com

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in decision-making roles regarding development or collaboration tools
• Ability to commit to at least one hour of uninterrupted work for research tasks
