Senior Solution Architect

Responsibilities

• Lead the design and delivery of complex connected planning solutions.
• Translate business models and processes into scalable Anaplan solutions.
• Work closely with customer teams to optimise and future-proof business processes.
• Communicate regularly with clients and stakeholders, providing clear updates and actionable feedback.
• Act as the architectural SME across large-scale deployments and high-value projects.
• Support pre-sales activities through solution design, estimation, and customer presentations.
• Coach, mentor, and support the growth of other consultants and solution architects.
• Produce detailed and comprehensive model documentation.
• Support data integration and migration activities.

Requirements

• Significant experience implementing Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) solutions (e.g. Anaplan, SAP, Oracle, OneStream, Workday Adaptive).
• Consulting experience with ability to influence and guide stakeholders through transformation.
• Formal system implementation methodology knowledge (Agile preferred).
• Ability to organize and manage concurrent demands; coordinate and prioritize multiple requests.
• Strong understanding of data integration (inbound and outbound).
• Passion for business analytics, modeling, and planning.
• Entrepreneurial approach; comfortable with ambiguity.
• Results-oriented, motivated, self-starter.
• Dynamic team player with a roll-up-your-sleeves attitude.

Preferred Qualifications

• Deep expertise in Supply Chain, Finance, or Sales Performance Management.
• Previous experience leading strategic customer engagements in enterprise environments.
• Strong communication and presentation skills with senior stakeholders.
