Senior Solution Architect - Demand/Supply/Merchandise Planning/Retail

Responsibilities

• Lead implementation of Blue Yonder products and own end-to-end solution design
• Collaborate with customer business and IT teams throughout all project phases
• Provide leadership to functional teams during the implementation cycle
• Serve as a functional and industry expert in key stakeholder meetings
• Partner with Product Management to identify trends for future product enhancements
• Mentor junior associates within the organization
• Assist pre-sales teams in assessing project workload and recommending roles

Requirements

• 8+ years of industry experience in Supply Chain or Retail (e.g., FMCG, CPG, Grocery)
• Deep understanding of retail processes including demand management and replenishment
• Hands-on experience implementing modern Supply Chain applications (Blue Yonder, SAP APO, Kinaxis, etc.)
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and presentation skills
• Business level fluency in English
• Right to live and work in the European Union and willingness to travel extensively across Europe

Preferred Qualifications

• Fluency in German or French
• Familiarity with Machine Learning and Data Science concepts
• Elementary skills in Python and SQL
• Knowledge of Agile methodologies
