Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the senior technical point of contact across sales, discovery, delivery, and client success
  • Become an expert in Engine’s architecture, technology, and functionality; communicate value to technical and non-technical executives
  • Lead technical proposals and deep-dive discoveries; shape programs of work with Product and Engineering
  • Support advanced sales, deliver technical demos and client workshops, and document scope and roadmap decisions
  • Advise on integration, best practices, and platform workflows during implementation; triage and own client technical questions end-to-end
  • Build relationships with senior client stakeholders and SI partners; coordinate with Product Owners and Engineering Leads
  • Influence Engine’s product roadmap based on client needs and market insights
  • Operate hybrid from Dubai, UAE with travel across the Middle East and occasional international travel (including London)

Requirements

  • Experience in retail or business banking, core banking, card processing or payments
  • Track record delivering core banking or large-scale digital transformation, application migration, and solution integration
  • End-to-end software engineering and solution architecture across the SDLC
  • Hands-on experience with cloud infrastructure and large-scale cloud applications
  • Consultancy or other client-facing environment experience
  • Strong client-facing skills; able to engage stakeholders up to C-level
  • Able to operate across sales and delivery contexts and balance feasibility with ambition
  • Collaborative, self-motivated, and delivery-focused
  • Willing to travel internationally and for initial upskilling in London
  • Based in or able to commute to Dubai, UAE (hybrid)

Preferred Qualifications

  • Commercial acumen and experience building business cases
  • SaaS experience in Client Solutions or Client Engineering
  • Knowledge of financial regulations in multiple jurisdictions
