Senior Solution Architect

Responsibilities

• Educate and collaborate with customers to create customized Redis-powered solutions for their specific business and database needs.
• Drive Proof of Concepts (POCs), pilots, and technical evaluations through hands-on engagement.
• Work with technical teams, including architects, developers, and C-level executives, to ensure successful implementations.
• Partner with the Sales team to develop account strategies and identify new business opportunities.
• Present Redis technology and capabilities in a professional manner to demonstrate business impact and competitive advantages.
• Provide customer feedback and insights to Product Management and R&D teams to improve product materials and technical best practices.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in pre-sales engineering, ideally within database engineering for enterprise software.
• Hands-on experience with server-side software development and Linux environments.
• Proven experience working with scalable and highly available distributed systems.
• BS in Computer Science, B.A., or equivalent professional work experience.
• Fluency in both English and Arabic.
• Strong communication and presentation skills with a team-oriented mindset.
