Senior Solution Architect

Responsibilities

• Lead scoping and discovery sessions with sales and client teams to understand business requirements
• Architect solutions for clients including best practice recommendations and on-the-fly suggestions
• Create accurate Statements of Work (SOW) encompassing requirements, deliverables, schedules, and pricing
• Partner with product, implementation, and sales teams to improve SOW processes and identify product gaps
• Translate client requirements to internal stakeholders to ensure alignment with product offerings
• Help build department methodology and tools to improve quality and efficiency

Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience in Professional Services, Consulting, or 5 years of IT project management in SaaS
• Experience with CX, CCaaS, and/or UCaaS solutions
• Familiarity with creating and managing Web Services (REST/SOAP/WSDL)
• Proven track record of managing and delivering IT projects for enterprise companies
• Strong ability to communicate technical concepts to diverse audiences
• Experience with Salesforce or other CRM platforms

• Software implementation or coding experience
