Job description

Responsibilities

  • Lead scoping and discovery sessions with sales and client teams for HLS use cases
  • Architect solutions that meet client needs and business strategies
  • Collaborate with Sales, Sales Engineers, and Professional Services throughout the sales process
  • Create accurate Statements of Work (SOW) including HLS-specific workflows
  • Partner with product and engineering teams to identify product gaps and influence roadmaps
  • Translate complex EHR integrations (Epic, Cerner, etc.) to internal stakeholders
  • Develop department methodologies and tools to improve efficiency

Requirements

  • 5+ years in Professional Services, Consulting, or IT/Software Development
  • 3+ years in solution architecture, preferably in pre-sales
  • Experience integrating Electronic Health Record (EHR) systems (e.g., Cerner, Allscripts, Athenahealth)
  • Knowledge of healthcare compliance frameworks like HIPAA and HITECH
  • Proven track record designing software solutions for enterprise companies
  • Experience with SaaS-based solutions and solution-based selling to executives
  • Strong analytical and communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in a technical field
  • Experience with AI or automation solutions in a SaaS environment
  • Salesforce or other CRM experience
