Senior Solution Engineer

Responsibilities

• Partner with META sales executives to identify customer needs and articulate SimSpace’s value through tailored demonstrations and technical consultation
• Lead technical sales cycles across the Middle East, Turkey, Africa, and Europe, including discovery, solution mapping, and pilot planning
• Translate SimSpace capabilities into regionally relevant outcomes such as sovereign cyber range modernization and adversary emulation
• Build credibility with government, defense, energy, and financial services stakeholders
• Work with regional resellers, system integrators, and MSSPs to support joint opportunities and go-to-market execution
• Design and deliver technical demonstrations replicating enterprise, cloud, OT, and IT environments
• Support RFI/RFP responses by creating technical narratives and solution architectures
• Serve as a regional thought leader through webinars, conferences, and executive briefings
• Act as a feedback bridge between customers, partners, and internal product teams

Requirements

• Minimum 4+ years in cybersecurity solution engineering, pre-sales, or technical consulting
• Strong familiarity with the META and European cybersecurity markets and buying patterns
• Fluent business English and Arabic communication skills
• Ability to travel up to 25% across the META region and Europe
• Existing familiarity with META and European reseller and channel partner communities
• Technical understanding of AI agent operations, cybersecurity operations, threat intelligence, and cloud security
• Proven ability to lead technical evaluations, pilots, and proof-of-concepts

Preferred Qualifications

• Familiarity with Turkish, French, or other regional languages
