Senior Solutions Architect

Responsibilities

• Own technical aspects of direct customer engagements as a member of the Mission Success team
• Participate in go-to-market efforts including customer calls, technical presentations, and product demos
• Develop in-depth technical knowledge of Second Front products to serve as a trusted SME
• Track customer feedback and collaborate with product teams to align roadmaps with demand
• Support business development by developing technical documentation and marketing content

Requirements

• Senior-level experience in software engineering, sales engineering, or technical product management
• Hands-on experience with AWS, GCP, or Azure
• Hands-on software development, networking, or DevOps experience with cloud technologies
• Strong client-facing experience, ideally within the Defense Industrial Base
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Active Security Clearance (TS/SCI)
• Prior experience in a federal/government-facing solutions architect role
• Knowledge of DevSecOps tools and practices
• Familiarity with AWS, Kubernetes, Docker, Helm, Istio, Git, GitLab, Terraform, and relational databases
• Cybersecurity knowledge or certifications (e.g., Security+)
• Ability to travel up to 25%
