Senior Solutions Architect, Turkish Speaking

Responsibilities

• Design scalable and high-performance applications, systems, and infrastructure for large software projects leveraging MongoDB
• Guide customers on architecture patterns and optimization strategies for MongoDB, clearly communicating business value
• Collaborate with sales teams to drive account success, prioritizing opportunities and taking ownership of technical aspects (discovery, demos, proof of value, presentations, etc.)
• Proactively generate demand through technical initiatives and participation in relevant events and marketing
• Foster strong customer relationships, develop champions, and ensure customer success
• Continuously innovate and improve MongoDB solutions and team processes, mentoring other team members
• Engage in ongoing professional development, keeping up-to-date with the MongoDB product suite and industry trends

Requirements

• 5-8 years related industry experience, with at least 2 years in a customer-facing role
• Minimum 2 years’ experience with modern scripting languages (Python, Node.js, SQL) and/or popular programming languages (C/C++, Java, C#)
• Experience implementing scalable, highly available distributed systems (both cloud and on-prem)
• Demonstrated ability to review and improve application architecture with customers
• Excellent presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Capable of working cross-functionally to execute end-to-end deal cycles
• Willing to travel up to 25%
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
• Fluent in Turkish and English

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with major cloud providers (developing, deploying, or supporting applications)
• Prior technical pre-sales experience
• Experience with database programming and data models
• Background in data engineering or AI/ML projects
• Familiarity with sales methodologies/frameworks (e.g. MEDDPICC)
• MongoDB or major Cloud Provider certification
