Job description

Responsibilities

  • Partner with Account Executives to lead discovery, solutioning, and technical presentations
  • Deliver tailored product demos, Proof of Concepts, and RFP/RFI responses
  • Translate business challenges into technical solutions with clear value
  • Act as a trusted advisor to prospects, customers, and partners
  • Guide architecture discussions across marketing, data, and IT teams
  • Contribute to tooling and process improvements as the company scales in EMEA

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in pre-sales, consulting, or customer-facing tech roles
  • Strong communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences
  • Familiarity with marketing tech, CRM, or analytics platforms
  • Understanding of APIs, HTML, and JavaScript
  • Experience with Martech: CDPs, campaign orchestration, or customer data pipelines
  • Familiarity with Bloomreach, Braze, Salesforce, or Adobe

Preferred Qualifications

  • Fluency in other popular European languages
