Senior Solutions Engineer

Responsibilities

• Design the prospect’s end-state solution based on Backbase software.
• Educate, design, and evangelize solutions to prospects.
• Collaborate with the global Solutions Engineering team.
• Translate technical details into business outcomes.
• Lead proof of concepts, workshops, and generate feedback.
• Travel globally as part of the role.

Requirements

• Excellent Arabic and English speaking, writing, and presentation skills.
• 8+ years of work experience as a (digital) banking consultant.
• Strong analytical, quantitative, and conceptual thinking skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Expert knowledge of enterprise software architectures and mobile/web technologies.
• Comfortable with Java, Spring, Angular, iOS, Android, and Kubernetes.

Preferred Qualifications

• Banking, payments, tech, or SaaS experience.
• Can-do mentality and entrepreneurial mindset.
• Strong team player with a sense of humor.
• Self-motivated and able to drive progress and hit deadlines.
