Senior Solutions Engineer

Responsibilities

• Serve as a trusted advisor to prospects and customers on identity governance, authentication, authorization, and access control strategies
• Architect and deliver technical solutions spanning IGA, IAM, CIEM, and PAM
• Lead workshops, whiteboard sessions, and demos showcasing identity automation and zero trust
• Design and implement integration strategies across AWS, GCP, and Azure
• Work with protocols like SAML, OAuth 2.0, OIDC, SCIM, and FIDO2
• Build, test, and troubleshoot custom integrations using APIs, SDKs, and Terraform

Requirements

• 8+ years in technical pre-sales, solutions engineering, or identity architect roles
• Strong understanding of authentication, authorization, MFA, and Zero Trust
• Practical knowledge of directory services such as Okta, Azure AD/Entra ID, LDAP, or Google Workspace
• Hands-on cloud experience with AWS, GCP, and Azure IAM models
• Proficiency with Go, APIs, SDKs, JSON/YAML, and Terraform or similar IaC tools
• Excellent communication skills for both engineering and C-level stakeholders
• Willingness to travel for customer meetings and industry conferences

Preferred Qualifications

• Industry-recognized certifications (CCSP, CISSP, AWS, Azure, GCP)
• Experience building custom connectors or automations for SaaS apps and cloud infrastructure
