Job description

Responsibilities

  • Partner closely with Sales Executives to drive complex, technical sales cycles from discovery through evaluation and close
  • Lead technical discovery to understand customer architecture, business challenges, and success criteria
  • Develop compelling demos, presentations, and technical narratives tailored to both technical and executive audiences
  • Design and execute proof-of-value (POV) engagements and lead Proof-of-Concept (POC) integrations
  • Respond to RFPs, RFQs, and RFIs to support the sales process
  • Act as a liaison between sales and marketing teams to provide customer insights

Requirements

  • 6-10+ years of experience in a customer-facing role, such as pre-sales, solutions engineering, or technical consulting
  • Proven track record of influencing and helping close 6-figure deals with Enterprise customers
  • Experience supporting complex Enterprise SaaS sales cycles involving multiple stakeholders and long evaluation processes
  • Strong technical aptitude with the ability to communicate complex concepts, APIs, and integrations
  • Excellent presentation and storytelling skills
  • Proficiency with macOS and remote work tools including Slack, Google Workspace, and Zoom

Preferred Qualifications

  • Fluency in Spanish or Portuguese
