Job description
Responsibilities
- Partner closely with Sales Executives to drive complex, technical sales cycles from discovery through evaluation and close
- Lead technical discovery to understand customer architecture, business challenges, and success criteria
- Develop compelling demos, presentations, and technical narratives tailored to both technical and executive audiences
- Design and execute proof-of-value (POV) engagements and lead Proof-of-Concept (POC) integrations
- Respond to RFPs, RFQs, and RFIs to support the sales process
- Act as a liaison between sales and marketing teams to provide customer insights
Requirements
- 6-10+ years of experience in a customer-facing role, such as pre-sales, solutions engineering, or technical consulting
- Proven track record of influencing and helping close 6-figure deals with Enterprise customers
- Experience supporting complex Enterprise SaaS sales cycles involving multiple stakeholders and long evaluation processes
- Strong technical aptitude with the ability to communicate complex concepts, APIs, and integrations
- Excellent presentation and storytelling skills
- Proficiency with macOS and remote work tools including Slack, Google Workspace, and Zoom
Preferred Qualifications
- Fluency in Spanish or Portuguese
