Senior Solutions Engineer

Responsibilities

• Translate business requirements into unique technical solutions
• Conduct calls to create and manage integration plans for software partners
• Design and present tailored integration project plans
• Track and report on project logs and KPIs
• Collaborate with Account Managers on partner launch and GTM success
• Transfer integration plans into production reference documentation
• Connect Operations, Success, Risk, Product, and Engineering teams
• Provide ongoing integration support for partners

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in Solutions Engineering, Sales Engineering, or similar fintech roles
• Proven track record of implementing complex technical solutions for software partners
• Strong understanding of RESTful APIs, webhooks, and modern integration patterns
• Experience with payment processing (tokenization, PCI compliance, transaction flows)
• Proficiency in Python, JavaScript, Ruby, or similar
• Familiarity with API testing tools like Postman or curl
• Understanding of payment industry fundamentals (acquiring, issuing, card networks, ACH)
• Strong communication skills for C-Suite and engineering audiences

Preferred Qualifications

• Specific experience with embedded payments platforms
• Experience in a hypergrowth technology company
• Understanding of Risk and Underwriting processes
