Senior Solutions Engineer

Responsibilities

• Serve as the trusted technical advisor throughout the sales cycle, leading demos, workshops, and pilots
• Lead technical discovery to assess prospects’ environments and define success criteria
• Maintain awareness of the AI, DSPM, and data security marketspace
• Enable, support, and train partners on Qohash solutions
• Collaborate cross-functionally to support RFP responses and strategic expansion plans
• Maintain deep knowledge of the competitive landscape and handle technical objections
• Develop technical narratives and demo environments aligned to priority use cases
• Travel to meet business requirements, including in-person meetings and conferences

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience as a Solutions Engineer or similar technical role
• 2+ years of experience with software applications, cloud technologies, and IT infrastructure
• 2+ years of experience managing complex technical engagements or proof-of-concept deployments
• Experience positioning AI-powered products and explaining model outputs
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Bachelor's degree in a technical field or equivalent practical experience

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in cybersecurity
• Experience in high-velocity or startup environments
• Certifications such as CCSP, CompTIA, CISM, AWS, or Azure
• Hands-on experience in data security, privacy, or governance
• Professional proficiency in French
