Job description

Responsibilities

  • Build and scale the solutions engineering function for Remote Build, including defining role profiles, coverage models, and success metrics
  • Establish repeatable technical discovery and solution design processes to support sales and customer outcomes
  • Own executive relationships with key customer and internal stakeholders to drive commercial impact and technical quality
  • Architect and implement AI agent workflows, translating business processes into agent-enabled orchestration systems
  • Prototype with modern LLM tooling and design human-in-the-loop patterns, including observability for quality, cost, and latency
  • Partner with Product and Engineering to define product lines, GTM strategies, and ship secure, reliable agent capabilities
  • Contribute to solutions engineering enablement programs, codifying technical standards and reference architectures

Requirements

  • Proven experience building and leading a solutions engineering or equivalent function, including hiring and performance management
  • Hands-on experience designing, building, and shipping AI agent workflows or adjacent automation/orchestration systems
  • Strong executive stakeholder management skills with a track record of driving outcomes through influence
  • Excellent cross-functional leadership skills with the ability to turn ambiguous goals into repeatable processes
  • Domain experience in HRTech, payroll, HCM, or adjacent industries
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to translate technical details into executive-level narratives
