Senior Solutions Engineer

Responsibilities

• Own the technical strategy for a portfolio of large, complex, and strategic Enterprise accounts
• Lead executive and C-suite level conversations, translating technical architecture into business value
• Architect and present enterprise-grade solutions including multi-brand implementations and complex integrations
• Design and deliver advanced proof-of-concept solutions, technical proposals, and custom demo environments
• Lead responses to enterprise RFPs/RFIs, security questionnaires, and compliance reviews
• Act as the primary technical escalation point for strategic accounts throughout the sales cycle
• Mentor and coach junior Solutions Engineers on complex deals and technical objection handling
• Partner with Product and Engineering to influence roadmap priorities based on enterprise requirements
• Build and maintain reusable enterprise assets like reference architectures and technical playbooks

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in solutions engineering or a similar pre-sales technical role at a B2B SaaS company
• Hands-on experience as a web developer or software engineer (JavaScript, APIs, React, Vue, or Next.js)
• Deep familiarity with enterprise software ecosystems, SSO/SAML, headless architecture, DAM, PIM, and CDNs
• Experience navigating complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles with C-level executives
• Experience with monolithic CMS platforms like WordPress, Drupal, Sitecore, or Adobe AEM
• Excellent executive presence and communication skills
• Fluency in English
• Proficiency in modern technical selling frameworks such as MEDDIC or Challenger Sale

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience mentoring or leading other technical pre-sales professionals
• Additional languages beyond English
• Demonstrated AI literacy and ability to leverage AI tools for productivity
