Senior Solutions Engineer

About the Company

Voxel is building the future of Computer Vision and Machine Learning for operations, risk, and safety. We use computer vision and AI to enable existing security cameras to automatically detect hazards and high-risk activities, keep people safe and drive operational efficiencies.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical discovery and architecture discussions with enterprise IT and security teams
• Validate network readiness and design scalable, secure deployment architectures
• Partner closely with Sales to remove technical blockers and increase deal confidence
• Own technical implementation strategy post-signature for multi-site environments
• Serve as senior escalation point for network and infrastructure challenges
• Translate complex technical requirements into executive-ready summaries
• Develop standardized implementation playbooks and best practices
• Provide feedback to Product and Engineering to improve deployment efficiency

Requirements

• 8–12 years of experience in enterprise network engineering, infrastructure architecture, or customer-facing technical roles
• Significant experience working with enterprise IT and security stakeholders
• Deep expertise in networking and cybersecurity (TCP/IP, routing, switching, VLANs, firewalls, VPNs, Proxies, SD-WAN)
• Proven ability to own complex technical workstreams from discovery through go-live
• Strong executive communication skills
• Ability to operate independently in high-growth environments

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience supporting AI-driven deployments
• Familiarity with cloud networking (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
• Background in warehouse, logistics, manufacturing, or industrial environments
• Relevant certifications such as CCNP, CCIE, or CISSP
